"Top Gear" builds a Space Shuttle.

No, seriously. They build a Space Shuttle replica that uses a little tiny British car instead of, y'know, a multi-billion-dollar proper aircraft. OMG.

The US broadcast of this was on BBC America last night. As I was watching, I thought to myself: "This is a show that [livejournal.com profile] mckitterick needs to see."

Dammit. See, I have considered getting cable because of great shows like this, but I keep resisting because, y'know, all the great shows I'd end up watching instead of getting things done.
