had a motorcycle accident yesteday. kid turned left in front of me. bunch of road rash minimized due to long clothes, but got Acromioclavicular Separation of the shoulder. the Aprilia is a bit thrashed. Suck.
I'm glad you are "ok" in the major context. Shoulder injuries can be an up down thing, but it sounds like you have a good doctor. Hang in there my friend. :)

Buddy, I think it's time for you to switch to some form of armored transport. This isn't the first accident and, students being what they are, it's unlikely to be the last. Either that or get a pole with a flag that reads, "I am a professor and if you hit me I will make sure that your grades go down in flames." Hmm - I think we're going to need a bigger flag. Get better soon!
Ouch! Hope you're able to resolve repairs without a huge PITA, and that the AC joint heals well for you. Physical therapy will be really, really important. (gentle hugs)
