Either that, or in true gov't spirit, they will deliver them once your recipient pays the .02 for their card. Mwahhhhaaah!

I hope it worked out. I managed to get exactly zero cards in the mail for Christmas, which is not even a new low, sadly. So, hey there--have a happy one! (Was that as good?)
