wearing two shoes

As of yesterday, I've started wearing two shoes again. Not my boots, mind you; these are my old dress shoes that have gotten perhaps 10 hours of wear, ever. Boots still too uncomfortable to wear. Got the idea from a colleague who found some shoes were better than others. So, progress.

EDIT: Ow. That is all, just ow. But worth it, and the post-op shoe was starting to come apart. What you don't get for your $50 medical equipment these days.
