This Hubble Space Telescope image shows a very young star creating a bow shock in the Great Orion Nebula. The blast of solar wind from the star, LL Ori, crashes against the gas of the nebula, creating a bubble-like shockwave in space. It's not unlike the aurora we can see on Earth, only times a billion or so.
