Thank you! This big ol' rock has made it around the sun one more lap with me on it. We've both survived a pretty fair amount of stuff, haven't we? We're like post-apocalyptic cockroaches that way.
I had the most boring day imaginable. My peers did bring in cupcakes from Cupcake Royale, and then there were many other treats from a meeting that didn't happen. so there was much devouring of sweets. I was under the weather the past few days, so I went for a couple-mile walk after work and then came home and collapsed. There was a frozy dinner and some American Idol. Shawn has sweetly volunteered to do b-day stuff with me this weekend. I'm thinking perhaps we'll go shopping! Makeup, Brighton, girly stuff like that. He can hold my purse.
