Oooh, excellent idea. Ship away all the troublemakers and jerks and let them deal with alien microbes while the rest of us stay here.

Naah, just ship out a small contingent of them to make sure everything's ok. If it's not then the troublemakers are gone, and if it is ok then we'll bring them back to nasty old polluted earth and go ourselves.
