tmseay forwards this little bit of hope that Congress won't simply buckle to Bush Jr's demands.
Makes one think that perhaps - just perhaps - the Democratic Party has a backbone after all. Not that their Senate counterparts have grown one yet, but perhaps the lesser house has.
