My Dad worked many years for Haliburton( via brown and Root). He spent a year training troops in Turkey and two years in Kwajalein (sp?) in the Marshall islands. He also worked in other jobs for them including a stint as NASA. All of them, except for the one in Turkey, involved construction . It's amazing how this company seems to get these great government contracts.

Wow. It's as if they have a monopoly on government contracts that have to do with overseas work (you name it, from construction to mercenaries) or oil.
