That is all. I now return you to your regularly scheduled work. Unless you go visit Cracked's Image Macro thread, of course. Then you're doomed.

This is perhaps the perfect LOL image: It gets better the longer you look at it, and it changes the way you see the world.

Oh, and it made me laugh out loud. Prereq, there.

Hahahahaha! Hey, I use FB for short tweets; it's Twitter that I find well-nigh unnecessary.

The Meth Lab is commonly sighted in the wheatfields of central Missouri. Do not attempt to pet the Meth Lab. If you encounter a Meth Lab, please call your local animal control; do not attempt to interact with a Meth Lab or you could be subject to criminal penalty.

Every once in a while I run into new LOLcats or other such sites and I absolutely have to share. Getting others to sample the material part of every addiction.

Twitter is a marquee, and if looking at the right marquee, I find them highly useful in giving me small tidbits of info that I need. I would have never known about a 150 Years of Photographic Portraiture exhibition at the Center for Creative Photography at the University of Arizona without Twitter. I don't have time to scour tons of blogs/sites on my hobbies anymore, but thanks to following professional photographers on Twitter who *do* spend a great deal of time looking through them since that is their career, and then posting the interesting ones on Twitter, I get to spend a lot less time filtering through loads of of RSS feeds to find the interesting posts and instead get a manageable amount of high quality links to look at.

There is also 10 people that I know who just got a really good deal on fingernail polish, and that too was thanks to Twitter. Think of how wonderful of a mechanism that is for businesses. It only takes one tweet for a sale to spread to millions in probably a day or two. Think of how much cheaper and quicker that is than mass paper mailings.
