Most of my calories each day come from a hot salad I make for brunch: meat, tons of spinach, broccoli, cheese, nuts, raisins, carrots, balsamic vinegar, olive oil. Other than that, I get lovely home-made dinners from chernobylred and eat sardines, nuts, and fruit other times. That's how I avoid refined sugar!
