If they had ePub format for other ebook readers, I'd have bought a copy. I have a Kobo, not a Kindle or Nook. Pity.

*sigh* ok, so I downloaded the sample, and that worked great. So I set up my credit card and address to buy the entire eBook. It failed. Told me "! You must reside within the United States to receive this item. We currently do not support international, U.S. territory or APO/FPO billing addresses."

So, sorry, but no sale. Pity, I wanted to read this, and prefer ebook format.

You could, if you really want to buy it, get the Nook (which I think is standard epub) edition, so my publisher feels the love ;-)
