Hi folks -

[livejournal.com profile] the_monkey_king asked "what's next?" so I thought I'd share it here for y'all.

Next up (haven't yet ordered them):
. Get the hot-rod wagon on the road again.
. Get to work on I was a Teenage Alien (working title), a young-adult SF novel series I want to pitch.
. Get to work on The Vivisectionist, reallly not a YA novel, but rather an illustrated novel I've started working on with Alan M. Clark.
. A story that's been beggin' me to write it.
. Oh, and start outlining another sorta literal-metaphysical SF novel.

Other stuff, too, but those are top on my mind.

Best,
Chris

Heh. I'm off to see Alan in a minute at the art show. He also wants to collaborate with me on a project he's writing. ya, ya, gotta share this kind of "I'm friends with famous guys!" stuff while at a con >g<

Speaking of which... just got a hug from Gay and Joe... Haldeman. End geek moment.

Interesting trivia: Costuming is not allowed at WFC. Soooo unlike lots of other SF cons.

More later.
Chris

(Which reminds me... if you see Gay and Joe again, can you ask them if they were at ICON in Iowa last month? I don't remember seeing either of them at all, which is odd, considering Joe was the listed Writer GoH. It could very well be that they were there and I just missed them, but as you know they're very hard to miss. :)

Oh, and apparently there is a False Monkey King named Dave. Ignore all imposters.
