...because their Help sucks. How does one find the list of tags for my LJ, and how does one include that in one's main LJ view? I want to show a list of my (new feature to me) tags so that I (and readers) can click 'em and find related posts. I've seen some of you do it, but can't find the code to use.

Thanks!
Chris

It's part of my specific journal design, and most of the newer designs include the feature.

Mine is built into my basic template. If you're using a custom template, I don't know what to tell you...

On mine it's under Journal Display -> Custom Options -> Sidebars

I think if it's an option for your layout that's where you'd find it.

Interesting: Where do you find "Journal Display"? I only see "Journal" with "Update" and stuff below it.

Interesting; I don't have that. Are you using that new, scripting-based LJ interface? That drove me crazy, so I use the original interface.

Could be, I don't know. There should still be some way to customize your journal, though, through whatever interface you're using. I just don't know enough coding to do it the other way. There's also the issue that not all layouts offer the availability of putting tags in your sidebar, if you're not using a layout that allows it you'll never see the option no matter where you look. Other than that I dunno, I know I just had to play around with layouts until I found one I liked that had the tags option.
