well it's about time *SOMEONE* finally admitted that suborning the law is illegal. But since laws aren't retroactive (usually) it doesn't mean anything to Bush... he's out soon anyway and his admin is currently cutting threads.

Cafferty didn't say that the current democratic congress was at fault, which surprised me. I expected that kind of blame-laying.
