For those of you out there who still use old-timey email systems, here's a great little video that explains what's cool about Gmail.

(It also demonstrates why Google is a company I'm tempted to work for...)

I have to admit, I've become more and more tempted to ask someone for a sign-up. I'm running three different email addresses (two on my own domains), and I'm not happy with any of 'em.

You do NOT want to work got Google. Trust me on this one. I live here :) That company is now the WORST for internal politics and treating you like children. I've had more than a few friends get jobs there and then be like "f this". :)

Ok, the *benefits* and perks are good. I hear the food is great. BUT the actual working atmosphere from what I've been told from more than a few people sucks ass now. But hey, that's just me :)

I think those #1 places to work things are based on employee benefits and perks and not so much "what is it like day to day".

What about the on-campus masseuse? The herd of Segway scooters? The party atmosphere? The pets allowed on campus?

I think you're missing my point :) Sure that's all GREAT, but there is also the under the radar politicking and actual workflow processes.

Or you could just be being sarcastic.

Well, I was being a smarty-pants, but still: There is no organization that does not have politics and other issues.
