Hi folks -

I'm planning on seeing the movie today... edit... at the 12:30pm matinee!

If that doesn't work for you, here are the other showtimes at the Lawrence multiplex:

Monday, May 28: 11:15 a.m., 11:45 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 2:45 p.m., 3:25 p.m., 4:15 p.m., 6:30 p.m., 7 p.m., 8 p.m., 10 p.m.

Hope to see y'all there!

Best,
Chris

I'll go to either the 11:15am, 11:45am, or the 12:30pm ones.

See you at 12:30! I might even pick up tickets if'n you want.

It seems to be the most acceptable. Gimme a wakeup call in the mornin'? Say, 1030 or so to confirm? (Or earlier, if you're planning on being crazy and going earlier.)

It's something that those people without kids are able to do without planning days ahead of time. I vaguely remember being able to do it.

Well, it was good to hang with you this weekend even if you are child-bound.

I'm sure we'll all get to see more of you in, um, about ten years *g*

I would be interested in any of the noonish times. Are we talking the local theater?

Hooray! I say 12:30 it is! And yeah, the Lawrence metaplex.

Drat.. I'm working at the pharmacy today!

(Oh well, I think I get time-and-a-half, which means 8 hours at $13.55/hour.. ^^)

I've already seen the movie, but let me know if you guys make any plans for afterwards, as I seem to unexpectedly have the day off after all...

Aw, I wish I'd seen this before heading to the theater! We had some lunch after and chatted and such. Also forgot to bring my phone, d'oh!

'Twas much fun! I liked it a whole lot, perhaps even more than the previous one. Mind you, my expectations were low, but it had a lot of clever plotting and story elements, and much more characterization than the others. And it was also pretty and fun!

Despite some early plans to see it, I didn't quite make it to the theater this past weekend. For sure I'll have to get my Pirates freak on this coming weekend. My plan is to see it at the coolest movie theater in the entire universe - The Alamo Drafthouse. Beer, burgers, and Johnny Depp all at once.

It is! I rarely ever go to a regular movie theater anymore because the Drafthouse experience is so great (that, and I find the smell of movie popcorn revolting).

Hear hear!

I'm willing drive 25 min to go to KC to our 'closest thing to something like that' for the very same reasons.

well, "closest thing to" something like that.

The VIP balcony at the Legends 14 is kid-free, with alcohol and appetizer service. Big cushy seats. Jay and I LURV it, although it's pricier than the regular seats.
