pouring rain

So right now the sky is dumping so hard that sometimes I can barely see across the street. And the radar says that the worst has not yet arrived.

Kansas weather: You know when it's happening.

And just like that, as I was typing this and getting a glass of water, the rain has fallen off to a normal rainfall.

What radar are you referencing? I don't see another storm. Want one, though!

Looks like it was just a delay - it was in the red overhead while the radar still showed it a bit away.

It's raining pretty hard here too.
I looked out the window and noticed it looked less like it was falling and more like it was being THROWN down from the sky.

I'm waiting for it to become less vehement before going out to check my mailbox.
