Just finished watching the Billy-Bob Thornton movie, The Astronaut Farmer. It was an under-500-calorie (on the exercycle) show.
I loved so much of this movie, the start and the ending, but I was unhappy with the middle part. Actually, I thought it would turn out to be a dream sequence, and when it continued I got irritated. But the ending makes that center part worthwhile and perhaps necessary. Hm. It's just not the way I would have written it. Without saying more (don't want to be a spoiler), I'd like to hear what y'all thought if you saw it.
