Wow, I guess that panel we did at Norwescon -- "Can SF survive Kansas?" -- takes another hit. I'm surprised, actually, but if such a thing fails in Kansas, I seriously doubt it'll make any national headway.

They're doing a motion to reconsider this evening, and it looks like that motion'll pass but that the vote on the amendment itself is quite solid. Yeehaw!

Now maybe they'll consider, oh, school funding...
