it's a bit of a hike for me on such short notice. if i'd known sooner, i might have tried for it. :)

Maybe next year...

All my experiences in Kansas have been so bad Chris that I really don't ever want to go back there. But somehow you make it look like visiting again might be survivable if not pleasant.

Sorry to hear that! Lawrence is my favorite place to live (obviously), and had been my favorite place to visit for years.

I suspect your experience had to do with individual creeps rather than the town per se.

And I've never been to Lawrence. My bad experiences were mostly in Kansas City and along that freeway that stretches east/west across the state. Perhaps I'll visit Lawrence someday and you can help erase the ugly memories.

Aw, yeah! I assume you and your beautiful co-conspirator are going to be zombified in a couple of days...?

I've lived here since 1984, and some how I've never been to/seen the zombie walk. Maybe I'll remember this year.

It's been growing each year, and this is the first time I've seen it advertised as a regular thing.
