Seriously? Isn't the 18-year-veteran head of the Federal Reserve maybe a wee-bit responsible? Unless he was only obeying orders, y'know.

During a US House Oversight Committee hearing, Greenspan said the financial crisis is a "once-in-a-century credit tsunami" that will severely harm the US economy and raise unemployment even more.
