GAH! I keep telling my wife that I wish I could locate a series of books that gives a great account of the Roman Empire. It is one of the few parts of history that I have not studied that fascinates me. If you know her, could you please ask her for some advice on good books to get? Thanks Chris you lucky dog!

It's not JOCO, it's the Edwards Campus of KU... okay, it's just a few blocks from JCCC, but there ya go. Actually only about 30 minutes from the center of Lawrence. I teach there every week. Nice drive on Highway 10.
