If I could go back in time to watch - in person - the second successful launch of SpaceShipOne, I would pay any price, drive the 24 hours to the launching field, to witness in person the moment when private enterprise entered the Space Age; when private enterprise resurrected the Space Age.
Definitely. I don't think of it as the thing that'll make me Wealthy Beyond Dreams of Avarice, but it's a nice, concrete way to say "I believe in private spaceflight." Which I do, to the core of my being.
