One day science will catch up with New Age ideas ;)
It's my theory that's why we can't find the "missing links"... they aren't here.
And that's why "Intelligent Design" just makes me laugh. Maybe it weren't God, but just some Godawful Aliens playing with their equivalent of a huge chemistry set what did all this.
ps,... don't you just love the idea of a set of ideas called "panspermia"?!! I think I'll adopt that as my religion. Pan-the horned god sperm-well,duh mia- Mama Mia! we have Life.
First, is it not possible for cells from elsewhere in space to have alighted on the earth thereby making abiogenesis possible? Why does it have to be one or the other? Seems to me that the chemical process might still have happened with a little help from out friends.
Does anyone else crack up laughing at the concept of panspermia? I mean, other than the visual of all these spermatazoa floating around in the universe like an episode from Woody Allen's Everything You Wanted to Know about Sex...
