Yes, having some days off is good stuff. chronovore's warnings aside re: Teutonic gremlins, I might just keep this cute lil' thing as my around-town beater. I mean, everyone needs a convertible, and if'n I get rid of this, I'm likely to go and accidentally purchase myself one of them thar new Pontiac Solstices.

Yeah, I love the name! I presume they (from Detroit) mean spring solstice, when they up there can start using the top down again.

Hmmm... don't think I'd want to nail it there. Perhaps encourage one to roost on the roll bar.

Yeah, the Solstices are as cute as anything on the road -- their body style is very like that of the BMW, but they are only 20K. Mmmm.
