...whoah. Just went to check Amazon links from the Basic SF Library page, and discovered a FREAKY thing: NO BOOKS AT ALL are available on Amazon.

Aroo? Is this yet another freak-out by Amazon against publishers everywhere?

Anyone know more?

Looks like a hack to me. An evolving hack. When I searched for Jim's book, other things were still available.

I think you can substitute barley flour for the wheat one to one. You may have to play around with it a little. Good luck :).

Alas, barley also has gluten. I'll try some mixes with a bit of xanthan gum... They do sound delicious and we all love sweet potatoes.

Yup! This was from a local news story about foxes living near the University of Kansas. Their den was probably only a few blocks from my house! I'd see the adolescents late at night, walking the streets.

Hmmm...the only thing odd about the hacker theory is that it is very rare for hackers to take down a site like this and not let themselves be known. It would be an odd DOS attack since somethings that would be database calls are still working and somethings are not. And some pages aren't working at all.
