PS: Stepped on the scale this morning and discovered that I've dipped into the 160s for the first time since my first years in college! Digital scale sez 169.8 lbs. Woohoo!

Thanks for keeping tasty and healthy food around the house! Couldn't have done this if I were eating the way I had before.

Congrats! I'm still patting myself on the back for dropping a hair over 30 lbs and keeping it off. Maybe all that back-patting is related to the shoulder problem I'm having now. I've stayed under 200 for closing on a year now. But under 170? Not since I was 25 and doing manual labor all the live-long day. (Which is a lot farther back for me than it is for you ...)

When I went through a weight loss program I got down to 177 pound, the dietician told me to put on a few pounds.

Good going, Chris! With any luck, by the time we see each other again we'll hardly recognize each other.
