Oh, yeah! Keep an eye on her so you don't miss it when she blows.

I've been watching right after I heard it "exploded." All I've seen it do is fog. It will probably blow on my drive home.

I know! I'm sure it'll happen during class tonight.

Oh, wait: That'd be fine. I could put this live shot up on the class projector.

Things to do today:
1) Invite Chris to Seattle under false pretenses.
2) Sacrifice Chris to Angry Volcano God.
3) Prepare apology letter to Kij. Include chocolates.

P.S. 4) Con Chris into purchasing Halo 2 & X-Box Live so I can kick his arse long-distance.

Oooh yeah.

Hmmmm... I actually considered driving cross-country yesterday to watch the launch of SpaceShipOne, then zoom up to watch St. Helens go off, but even though that would've been the coolest trip ever, it's kind of a big drive.

She blew this morning at about 10:45. LOTS more steam. Haven't been able to get much more in the way of news since then, but MSNBC's video archive has footage of the event. See the video at this link.

Yeah... my dad lives in St. Helens. What with my sister in Florida and my dad near the volcano... I've had enough of natural disasters.
