Glad what Bill Clinton tried to do in 1992 has finally happened.

Let's not forget that DADT was an IMPROVEMENT over the previous policy (inquisition); it was the best compromise Clinton could get from the GOP and the brass at that time.

So true, but it's just always seemed absurd that the "freest nation on Earth" has only been partially free for large portions of the population. Heck, women and black people have only been able to vote for a short time....
