Wow, here this is a college town and there aren't any Dr. Dean for Prez parties?

Anyone up for scheduling a get-together? Does anyone think he has a chance? I found out from a survey on Move On that he's a 100% match for me, policy-wise. Wow. Gore is in the 80's for me, and I voted for him, so Dean's GOTTA be good!

Actually there has already been a Dean Meetup in lawrence - I think at the library - was thru the same meetup that does the livejournal meetup.

You have to "Join" the community
Goto http://www.livejournal.com/userinfo.bml?user=lawrence_ks and press the first icon (Head +} to join - then when you write a posting there is an option to choose the journal you want to post to

Cool, thanks. Odd that the Meetup wasn't mentioned on his site. I think it only lists the official "get togethers" and not the Meetups.

Be aware, living in Kansas usually means a depressing morning the day after the election. I love living here, but the large R*p*bl*c*n majority is a big downer.

I went to the last Dean for America meet-up. We wrote letters to New Hampshire voters.
The next Dean Meet-up in Larryville is on Wed Sept 3rd, and I'm sure it will be at the library.
