Here I am, an official member of the LiveJournal universe. Mostly, I just want my friends to be able to see that it's me when I post.

Check out my web site to learn more about me:

I update this regularly.

Check out the Center for the Study of Science Fiction's web site to learn more about SF:

Best,
Chris

Hello, dear!

It is a great pleasure to be the very first person to post a comment in your shiny new LJ. See, I told you that whole sleeping-with-K thing would work! You must have been great.

Counting the days,

YL
WM

p.s. Where did you get the monkey-on-a-moto pic? It's so you.

Re: Hello, dear!

Kij drew it on my whiteboard at work, back in Seattle. Gotta love it!

Hey, Chris

Welcome to LiveJournal.

Hope you end up enjoying it as much as I have.

Cheers,
Peg

I don't think I've met you - though I did meet Kij at WFC, but I wanted to ask about the sf and youth programs you're running, ...

One of the local sf club (misfits) works with schools to put writers in them (and pays the writer) and then donates books to the school. Is this something that is compatible with your program? Could your program work with the misfits program?

I was up there, too, but I can't recally our meeting.

The program you work with sounds great! That's exactly the sort of thing that the "Killer B's" and I have been promoting for years. Drop me an email some time (from the Center's web page or from mine) and we can chat more about that.

Best,
Chris
